Irony permeates the entire exhibition, especially her "Tower of Babel" series. In Buso's world, the failed project of the tower is not seen as negative; instead, she celebrates it with playful and ironic maximalism. The idiomatic breakdown of the tower is visually expressed in a proliferation of images that inundate the structure with "chicha" graffiti, helium balloons, and war cannons.
